How do I place a return or exchange?

We're sorry to hear that you didn't love your Streaming Universe. To initiate a return or exchange, please reach out to us with your order number and the products you'd like to return or exchange. We'll handle the rest. Contact us here.

Help! I can’t find my return slip.

No worries! Streaming Universe packages do not include return slips. Simply contact us, and we'll assist you with your return or exchange.

What’s your return policy?

All returns must be processed within 3 days of receiving your order. If you encounter any issues making a return within this timeframe, please contact us.

To process a return, you'll need to provide your order number. Refunds will be issued in full to your original form of payment, excluding the original shipping charges.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

If you received an incorrect product, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us, and we will ensure you receive the correct item.

What’s your return process if I’m not happy with the product?

You can return your product within 3 days of receiving it. Follow these packing instructions:

  • Securely pack the items in a box.
  • Affix the mailing label to the address side of the parcel, covering any previous delivery address and barcode without overlapping any adjacent side.
  • Use the provided address and affix the appropriate postage.
  • Ship the package from your nearest post office or shipping company of your choice.

What if I received a faulty product?

If you received a faulty product, please contact us before returning it. We will guide you through the returns procedure and find an appropriate solution.

Note: If your order was not purchased via KING IPTV, please refer to the return policy of the shop where you purchased the product.
